Meditation Step 3 - Guided Meditation
- Follow some guided meditations. Find some free guided meditations to start. Sit or lay down as comfortably as possible. Take deep breaths from your belly (not chest) to let the air expand into your lungs, then release - three is good but go with what you feel is right for you. Release tension in each part of your body starting from head down to your toes.
Do as many minutes as your mind allows. If you feel stressed or you cannot do the meditation, don't force it. It may the wrong time; or you may need to try Steps 1 and/or 2 again then try this step again later.
Meditation Step 4 - Naturally Meditate - Traditional Style
- Follow Steps 1-3 tips. Try this throughout the day for a couple of minutes or even 30 seconds. Try this step for longer periods at least once a day, but morning and night would be even more beneficial. This is one of your times to connect and give yourself love, which is essential and will help in other areas.
